MAKE FREE CALLS FROM INTERNET TO ANY NETWORK

HELLO GUYS TODAY I AM GOING TO TELL YOU "HOW YOU CAN MAKE FREE INTERNET CALLS FROM YOUR LAPTOP OR PC.
Why make calls over the Internet? You have an aunt in Australia, a cousin in Chicago, a sister in Maui, and your mother just moved to some obscure village in Peru.
When you've got a lot to catch up on, the last thing you want to be concerned about is getting off the phone quickly to save on your phone bill.

More and more people are making phone calls all over the world using their high-speed Internet connections. They are comparable to an ordinary phone or mobile phone, and it's usually cheaper than what you'd pay for a normal phone line, and in some cases free if you're calling someone who has the same Internet phone service as you.
Don't miss a call. Not ever.
With sophisticated features like voicemail, call forwarding, and video conferencing, it's possible, depending on which service you use, to never miss a call again. It's just like using your Internet connection to send e-mails, but for phone calls instead.
Referred to as Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), all you need is a computer and an Internet connection, and you can start dialing. Here’s what you’ll need to do:
  1. Download VoIP software and connect a compatible headset to your computer, or

  2. Use a special adapter or handset that connects directly to your broadband service (DSL or cable).

So let's get started!
Step 1. Find a VoIP provider
You'll need to use a VoIP service provider with a service that's compatible with your computer. There are lots of different options out there including Skype*, a free VoIP software provider that allows you to make free voice calls to other Skype users. You can also call other numbers for a fee.
But you can also look at these providers:
Step 2. Get the software.
When you visit Skype and click the icon to download free VoIP software, it will prompt you to save the program files in the folder on your computer that contains the files for all of your other software programs. Make sure your system has enough disk space and memory to use the software and that your Internet connection is fast enough (transmitting at least 256 KB of data per second). Follow the instructions to register your details with Skype over the Internet and wait a few seconds. You'll receive an e-mail confirmation outlining your chosen (free!) subscription level and your VoIP telephone number or name, which others can use to call you.
Step 3. Get the equipment to talk.
The next step is to get a handset or headset that you can plug directly into your computer to access your new Skype VoIP service. With a quick search in your search engine you can find compatible handsets, headsets, microphones, and Webcams (so you can see Mom in living color!). Great search terms to use are PC headsets, PC mic, or Webcam. You'll get a list of great online retailers and reviewers of what's out there!
Or, if you have one of today’s newer computers, you may have a Webcam already installed. And with the increased performance you gain from a newer computer you’ll experience smooth continuous audio and video without lags.
Step 4. Start dialing!
Once you've plugged in your headset, or launched your Webcam you're ready to dial! Simply enter the number into your VoIP program's user screen and dial. The software will look up the number via the Internet and route the call straight through. Now your online phone book will work the same way as your e-mail address book, alerting you when friends and family are online!
Now you don't have any reason not to call. Call now, call often, and talk as long as you want!
