Social networking sites creating a huge excitement to small business owners for advertising their small brands in big social marketing world.
In the recent survey , every small and big businesses are stepping into social media like Facebook for their every new product they have launched. Among the companies who are already using social media to promote their brand , also getting reviews on their newly launched products .
This way they are also saving some money in getting reviews online by themselves on their respective pages. This also help them to create awareness about any event or creating excitement in people for their new products.
Other reasons for their included in social media is “increasing referrals from existing customers,” “improving your company’s image with customers,” and “improving customer satisfaction with your product or service.”
The survey also found many business owners who have no interest in jumping into the world of social media. Those holdouts cited such reasons as “our business is not suited for such technologies” and “we are not sure how these technologies would help our business.” Some also said their customers don’t use social media tools.
But every person now a days using social media very much and creating huge amount of methods to promote their products online free on their Facebook page.
